We give you our recommendations, and you can choose whether to proceed.
Upon your arrival in Puerto Vallarta, you’ll be seen by one of our specialists or a general doctor who will manage your case and refer you to additional specialists as needed. All of this can be done in a number of days, rather than waiting months or years in other countries.
We will act as your medical assistant, managing your chart, attending appointments with you, providing translation services, reminding you of upcoming appointments, and ensuring your overall well-being.

About Us

Ale’s passion for altruism drives The Medi Agency. What began with him assisting elderly friends with errands, translation, and medical appointments has grown into a thriving organization. Through The Medi Agency, he has had the privilege of helping over 1,100 clients receive the quality medical care they deserve.
In his spare time, Ale enjoys supporting various nursing homes and orphanages with scarce resources.
Ale’s mission for starting The Medi Agency stems not only from his passion for helping others but also from his own international travels:

I had the misfortune of having a stroke 1 month into our 1st winter in PV. 😥 I was taken to the Joya Hospital & billed $5,000 Cdn, given a migraine pill & sent home.
